Craig Licklider CO is the practice manager at Orthotic & Prosthetic Lab's North County office, conveniently located in the DePaul Medical Center. With over 17 years of experience in design and fabrication using state of the art technologies he is able to help the most challenging patient. Having a strong background in fabrication makes it possible for him to design the most practical device needed to meet your goals. He is always looking forward to ensuring that each and every device is the best it can possibly be.

Nick Vitale
Background
Nick Vitale started working as a part time orthotic and prosthetic technician in December of 2009, while attending Lindenwood University Belleville. Nick Graduated from Lindenwood University Belleville with a BA in health and fitness management in 2015. After graduating nicked worked full time as a technician until becoming an ABC Certified Orthotist Assistant in 2016. In his free time he likes doing anything outdoors and coaches men's varsity lacrosse.

Background
Andrew is a ABC Certified Orthotist and Prosthetist at Orthotic and Prosthetic Lab, Inc. He attended McKendree University where he received his bachelor’s degree in athletic training. Andrew then went on to become a certified athletic trainer, and stayed at McKendree as a graduate assistant practicing athletic training as well as earning his master’s degree in business administration. He then was accepted to the masters of prosthetics and orthotics at Northwestern University. After graduating in March of 2017 he completed his residency with O&P Lab in orthotics and prosthetics. Andrew is excited to be practicing as a certified prosthetist and orthotists.
