Dave Osterman is the Chief Executive Officer and Director of Clinics at Orthotic & Prosthetic Lab, Inc. He founded the company in May of 1983 along with his two partners Charles Taggart and Gerald Neider. Dave is the clinical director of all seven of our patient care centers. He is one of the most well-known and experienced Orthotists in our region. While Dave has multiple specialties, he is best known as a neuro-muscular specialist and is nationally recognized as one of the top Orthotists in the field of orthotic intervention in the treatment of neuro-muscular disorders. In addition, Dave is considered one of the top spinal specialists in the region for the orthotic treatment and correction of spinal disorders. Dave currently works as a full time clinician at Barnes-Jewish Hospital and St. Louis Children's Hospital.
In his off time, Dave enjoys boating, RV-ing around the country, a good book and a nice glass of wine.

David M. Osterman is the Clinical Director of the Barnes and Children's office. David is an ABC Certified Orthotist and Pedorthist. David specializes in adult and pediatric orthotics. He works in orthopedic, neuromuscular and orthopedic clinics for adults. He works in cranial facial, spinal, neuromuscular and orthopedic clinics with pediatrics. He specializes in clubfoot orthotics in pediatrics. David is currently participating in two separate national organized clinical studies in spinal and neuromuscular bracing.

Mark graduated from Missouri Baptist University with a Bachelor of Science in both Sports Medicine and Kinesiology and a Minor in Health Science. He attended The Robert M. Palmer, MD Institute of Biomechanics for his Pre-certification Pedorthic education. Mark has been a Certified Athletic Trainer for over 10 years, a Certified Pedorthist for 3 years, and was most recently certified as an Orthotist Assistant. "I get great enjoyment from seeing people improve their way of living. Knowing that I have made a positive impact in someone's life has always been very rewarding. I am passionate about what I do, and I have enjoyed working with all types of people from children as young as 3 months old to adults over 100."
Paige Brady is an ABC Certified Orthotist Assistant and has worked at Orthotic and Prosthetic Lab since 2015. Paige earned her Bachelor of Science Degree at Illinois State University in 2012. She continued her studies in the Orthotics program at Northwestern University in Chicago. Paige completed her residency at Augusta Orthotics and Prosthetics in 2014. She primarily works at Cardinal Glennon with the Plastic Surgery team and with Cranial Remolding Helmets using the SmartSoc system by Orthomerica. She is also at the Barnes Jewish Hospital location each week. Her passion for this profession is rooted in her personal experience when she was diagnosed with scoliosis as a child. Paige wore an orthotic for almost 6 years. Her treatment resulted in controlling her curve and avoiding surgery. While wearing her orthotic, Paige participated in multiple educational courses at the Northwestern University Orthotic & Prosthetic program. Paige is a firm believer that anything is possible as long as you don't give up and you keep pushing forward.

Andrew is a ABC Certified Orthotist and Prosthetist at Orthotic and Prosthetic Lab, Inc. He attended McKendree University where he received his bachelor’s degree in athletic training. Andrew then went on to become a certified athletic trainer, and stayed at McKendree as a graduate assistant practicing athletic training as well as earning his master’s degree in business administration. He then was accepted to the masters of prosthetics and orthotics at Northwestern University. After graduating in March of 2017 he completed his residency with O&P Lab in orthotics and prosthetics. Andrew is excited to be practicing as a certified prosthetist and orthotists.
